Our Refund Policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds:
We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on our online platforms can be refunded if you raise refund request more than 30 days of purchase of course. For request within 30 days and no more than 14 days after course commencement, our prevailing refund schedule will be applicable. We regret that we will not be able to accede to any request made more than 14 days after course commencement.
For Online Training:
Raise refund request within 30 days of commencement of the first batch a registrant eligible to attend. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 50% content of an e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms for more than 1 day. Also, in case user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money back guarantee will be void.
SOHA Institute reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event or replace with another qualified instructor because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
In case SOHA Institute cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid for confirmed registrants.
If a cancellation is done by a registrant 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 25% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the registrant.
If a cancellation is done by a registrant within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
In cases where products are bundled with courses or bought separately, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return within 30 days of delivery, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our omission.
Additional non-returnable items:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of refund.
If your application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and finally correspond with your bank on the status.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange with the same item purchased, send us an email at enquiry@SOHA .edu.sg and the physical item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will bear your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over S$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to guarantee receipt of your returned item.
